Who we are
This site is run by 30M Limited, trading as 30M, a company registered in England and Wales under number 09386561. Registered address: Office 3, St Ann's House, 111 Guildford Road, Lightwater, Surrey, GU18 5RA, England. VAT number: GB313487311. Contact: contactfm@30m.com.
What you are buying
A monthly subscription to 30M Data. While it is active you can download the latest version of every dataset on this site from your account page. Today that is:
- UK Construction Tenders (CSV files in a zip);
- Ireland: every residentially zoned site, with the local market (CSV in a zip);
- France: brownfield sites, with commune market figures (CSV in a zip);
- Retrofit & renewables area data: energy ratings, heating fuel, building age and solar and heat-pump uptake by area (CSV files in a zip);
- Planning & build-cost benchmarks: approval rates, decision times and appeals by authority, and NSW declared cost per new home (CSV files in a zip).
We refresh the datasets at least monthly and may add new ones. If we ever withdraw a dataset, we will tell subscribers first.
Price, payment and renewal
The price is shown on the site in pounds sterling and includes any VAT due (30M Limited is VAT-registered, number GB313487311). Our payment provider Stripe charges it when you subscribe and then every month on the same date, until you cancel. Stripe emails you a receipt each month; a VAT invoice is available on request from contactfm@30m.com. If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time: sign in on the account page and choose Manage subscription, or email contactfm@30m.com. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged. We don't refund part months.
Signing in and downloads
After you subscribe you are taken to your account page. To come back later, enter the email address you subscribed with and we email you a one-time sign-in link. Keep your sign-in links and downloads to yourself: the subscription is for you or your organisation's own use of the downloads, and you may not share your account.
Using the data
The data comes from public sources under open licences, listed on the tender data licence, land data licences, retrofit data licences and planning data licences pages. You may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercially, as long as you keep the attributions. Columns derived from OpenStreetMap are under the Open Database Licence: anything you publish from them must be shared under the same licence. If you republish French sale-price figures (from DVF), you must follow the DVF re-use conditions, including not making pages that show them indexable by search engines and not re-identifying individuals.
Accuracy
We compile the data carefully from official sources, but we can't guarantee it is complete or error-free. Source portals sometimes publish late or incorrect notices: check the original notice (each tender row links to it) before you bid. In Ireland, RZLT liability is self-assessed and the local authority's published map is authoritative. French site areas are the owner's whole land unit as Cartofriches records it, not the brownfield's footprint. Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice: check the original sources before you act.
Your right to cancel in the first 14 days
The datasets are digital content supplied immediately. If you are a consumer, by completing checkout you ask us to give you access straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the downloads are made available. You can still cancel the subscription at any time as described above. If a file is faulty or doesn't match its description, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
