Who is responsible

What we collect

• When you subscribe: payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe passes us your name, email address, billing address, any tax ID you enter, and your subscription and payment history. We never see your card details.
• When you sign in: the email address you enter, so we can email you a sign-in link and check your subscription with Stripe.
• When you visit: our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.

Why we use it

To run your subscription (sign-in, downloads, renewals and cancellation), to answer your questions, and to keep the accounting and tax records the law requires. The legal bases are performing our contract with you and our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run this service for us: Stripe (payments and subscriptions), Netlify (website hosting), Cloudflare (file downloads) and Resend (sign-in and account emails). We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

When you sign in we set one cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is strictly necessary for the service, so we don't ask for consent; signing out removes it. We use no analytics or tracking. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout and subscription pages to process payments and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

Subscription and payment records are kept for 6 years after your subscription ends, for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contactfm@30m.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to a data protection authority, such as the one where you live (for example Ireland's Data Protection Commission or France's CNIL) or the one where we are established, the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
